Llan Da Electrical Services has been upgrading electrical installations on local farms. This involves ground work to bury a rerouted steel wired armoured underground so that machinery can safely move between building. The task involves cutting the existing concrete yard, breaking up the concrete between the cuts and digging a trench so the cable can be buried to a safe depth. The trench is then back filled and new concrete is then layer.

Before you ask, I haven’t finished early for a quick pint 🍻 🤣.

As the cost of heating oil hits a record high it is now cheaper to heat water with electricity. This immersion heater had a faulty thermostat which has been replaced, and cheaper electricity is now being used to heat water at the Fox Pub in Ysceifiog.

Just to let everyone know there has been a partial electrical power outage in the Lixwm and Ysceifiog area due to the storms. Scottish Power are working to restore this.
