⚡️ COMMERCIAL SHOP FIT – BELFAST CITY CENTRE ⚡️
Another full electrical installation successfully completed on this Belfast City Centre shop fit. 🏗️⚡️
We carried out a complete rewire and full electrical fit-out, working closely with the customer to make sure the installation was designed around their exact requirements while also allowing plenty of flexibility for the future.
The works included:
💡 150mm LED downlights installed throughout the premises, providing a clean, modern and well-lit finish.
🔌 Sockets and fused spurs installed throughout, positioned to suit the customer's requirements and the layout of the shop.
🚨 Emergency lighting and illuminated exit signs installed throughout to provide the required emergency illumination and clear escape route signage.
🔥 Smoke alarms installed throughout the premises.
⚡️ A 63A isolator was installed and left ready for future use, giving the next tenant the flexibility to expand the electrical installation as required.
🚪 New roller door supplies installed, along with the necessary electrical provisions for associated equipment.
🔧 From the initial first fix right through to the final fit out, testing and completion, every aspect of the installation was completed with quality, safety and future requirements in mind.
A busy commercial environment like this requires an electrical installation that isn't just suitable for today, but can also adapt to what comes next — so we made sure there was capacity and provision for future tenants and additional equipment.
Another project completed to a high standard and handed over ready for business. 💯⚡️
