Recently completed – full decoration of this stunning newly built bungalow from bare plaster through to completion.

This project involved the full internal decoration of a bespoke new-build property, including two bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area with a vaulted ceiling, kitchen, hallway, family bathroom and ensuite.

Working on a new-build from scratch allowed every surface to be prepared and finished to the highest standard, creating a clean, bright and timeless finish throughout.

Paint specification:

• Ceilings – Johnstone's Ultra Flat Matt• Walls – Farrow & Ball Wimborne White• Woodwork – Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Satin in Super White• Oak doors – Finished in Osmo Raw Oil

The project included:

• Full mist coating and preparation of all new plaster surfaces• Decoration throughout the entire property• High-level work to the vaulted living room ceiling• Finishing of all woodwork in Benjamin Moore Scuff-X for a durable, long-lasting finish• Application of Osmo Raw Oil to the oak doors to enhance the natural grain whilst maintaining a contemporary appearance

The combination of Farrow & Ball Wimborne White, crisp Scuff-X woodwork and natural oak finishes has created a bright, welcoming space that feels both modern and timeless.

It's always rewarding to see a project progress from bare plaster to a fully completed home, and this one was no exception.

Another recently completed project in this beautiful character property.

This project involved the full redecoration of a large entrance hall, staircase, glazed landing area and attic room, all finished from brand-new plaster throughout.

The fresh plaster was fully prepared and sealed before receiving its final finishes, with extensive access scaffolding required throughout the stairwell and glazed landing to safely reach the high-level ceilings and walls.

Paint specification:

• Ceilings – Farrow & Ball Wimborne White Estate Emulsion• Walls – Little Greene Intelligent Matt in Slaked Lime• Woodwork – Farrow & Ball Wimborne White Estate Eggshell

The project included:

• Full decoration of the entrance hall, staircase, glazed landing and attic room• Preparation and sealing of all new plaster surfaces• Extensive high-level access using internal scaffolding• Restoration and refinishing of the exposed oak beams• Decoration around vaulted ceilings and large glazed feature windows• Finishing of all woodwork and staircase details

The combination of Slaked Lime, Wimborne White and the restored oak beams has created a bright, elegant finish that perfectly complements the character of this stunning property. The natural stonework, exposed timbers and abundance of natural light all work together to create a space that feels both traditional and contemporary.

✨ Living room completed recently 👌

The ceiling was finished in Johnstone’s Ultra Flat Matt – Brilliant White for a clean, bright finish.

The main walls were painted in Farrow & Ball “Slipper Satin.”

We also supplied and fitted acoustic panelling, with the wall behind painted in Farrow & Ball “Mizzle,” which works perfectly with the panelling and adds a great feature to the room.

All woodwork was finished in Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Satinwood – Super White, giving a durable and crisp final finish.

The feature wallpaper in the dining room was stripped, sanded and fully prepped before decorating.

The dining room ceiling was finished in Johnstone’s Ultra Flat Matt – Brilliant White for a fresh, clean look.

The main walls and skirting boards were painted in Farrow & Ball “Pointing,” with the feature wall finished in Farrow & Ball “Drop Cloth.”

In the ensuite, the ceiling was painted using Isomat Kitchen & Bathroom Paint – White.

The walls were finished in Zinsser Perma-White, colour matched to Little Greene “Salix” (No.99).

All woodwork was completed in Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Satinwood – Super White, giving a durable and crisp finish.

The walls were painted in Farrow & Ball “Drop Cloth,” a lovely neutral tone that works beautifully in this space.

All woodwork was finished in Benjamin Moore Scuff-X – Super White, providing a durable and crisp finish.

✨ Utility room and cloakroom completed recently 👌

This job needed a bit of preparation work to get everything ready before decorating.

The ceilings were finished in Johnstone’s Ultra Flat Matt – Brilliant White for a clean, fresh look.

In the utility room, the walls were colour matched to the end panels of the cupboards using Crown Clean Extreme, tying everything together nicely.

The cloakroom walls were painted in Farrow & Ball “Green Smoke,” giving the space a rich, stylish feel.

All woodwork was finished in Johnstone’s Aqua Guard for a durable, high-quality finish.

To complete the job, the oak doors were sanded back and re-oiled with Osmo Raw Door Oil, bringing the natural wood back to life.

✨ Hall, stairs and landing completed recently!

This one needed a lot of preparation, with the walls in quite a rough condition to start with. After plenty of sanding and filling to get everything smooth, we hung this GoodHome wallpaper, which has completely transformed the space.

The woodwork was finished in Dulux High Gloss – Brilliant White, giving it a clean, crisp finish.

A great result and the hallway is looking amazing again! đź‘Ť
