Shower tray leak sorted ✅

This landlord’s shower tray had been leaking through failed grout lines and silicone, allowing water to get behind the tiles, into the plasterboard and eventually down into the flat below.

The existing shower enclosure was kept, with a new square shower tray, trap and waste pipe installed. A solid new base was built for the tray, with tile boards fitted for a stronger, more water-resistant finish and an access hatch added for future maintenance.

The area was then tiled, grouted and sealed with anti mould silicone before the shower enclosure was refitted, leaving a tidy and fully watertight finish for the landlord.

Shower Pump Installation 🚿

Out with the old, poorly installed pump and in with a clean, professional installation! 👌

We installed a Showermate Pump, complete with compression Y-strainers to help catch any debris before it reaches the pump, protecting it and extending its lifespan.

A hot and cold full-bore lever valves has also been fitted to make any future maintenance quick and hassle-free!

Finished off with neatly clipped copper pipework using black .uk clips, along with a securely clipped electrical cable for a tidy, professional finish.

This one was a full rip-out and redesign. The old bathroom felt tight, dated and cold.

Stripped it right back and installed:

Cloakroom Glow Up

This W/C has had a complete refresh and what a difference it’s made.

The old basin and bulky boxing were removed to properly open up the space. The walls were filled, sanded and painted, getting rid of the dark grey and instantly brightening the room.

A floating solid worktop was installed with a sleek countertop basin, finished with a chrome tap and chrome bottle trap for that clean, modern look.

To top it off, green feature tiles were added, bringing character and a high-end finish to a small space.

This bathroom in Newbury had a updated lift to it turning a dated and dim space into a clean morden and much brighter bathroom!
