Don’t worry, I won’t be posting through any doors with a “no leaflets” or “no junk mail” sign. Although surely the number of a trusted local electrician doesn’t count as junk… does it? 🤪

I didn’t actually install this EV charger, but my customer was having problems with it and just wanted to be able to charge her car.
Rather than saying “not my install, not my problem”, I got on the phone to Pod Point, went through everything with them and we managed to get it sorted.

Then I got this message this morning 😁
Sometimes it’s not just about the electrical work you’re there to do. It’s about actually helping people and making sure they’re left with everything working as it should.

Car charging, customer happy. Job done ⚡️

Apparently I’m a star too, so I’ll take that 😂🌟

Started the day adding some sockets for JAX Bespoke (go check his work out)... trouble shot some client issues that came in over the weekend and now unloading the van on this sunny monday!

Another consumer unit upgraded today.

RCBOs. ✅ Surge protection. ✅ Heat aerosol extinguisher. ✅

Still fitting the extinguisher as standard with every board change. I don't know anyone else locally who does, but I think it's worth doing. 😉

Turned up today in a hoodie because my washing machine's packed in.

Customer's other half tried to save me with a spare T-shirt, absolute gent, but it was not happening.

I appreciate the kindness though.

Its a nice reminder that people still look out for each other.
