Construction is nearing completion of our project on site in Morley.

The works include a 2 storey side extension and single storey rear extenion. Creating a large open plan kitchen-dining living room and uilty on the ground floor. While adding an extra double bedroom and enlarged bathroom on the first floor.

Works will be fully completed in the next couple of weeks.

It’s not just about solar panels or the latest eco-friendly technology.

Last week I shared a short video of the master bedroom, this video shows the rest of the first floor.

Accessed from the other side of the double height entrance hall. There are 3 bedrooms (2 children & guest). There are 2 en-suites and a house bathroom.

The bathrooms on our north Leeds project are coming along nicely.

Love the entrance hall on this new build house we designed.

It is 10.5m long, 5m wide & 9m high.

There is a bridge link at fist floor connecting the master bedroom to the rest of the bedrooms.

At ground floor it links to all the main rooms of the house.

When finished it will have a beautiful sweeping staircase.

We have been working with a client on their project for 4 new build houses in Ackworth, near Wakefield.

Work will be staring on site soon and we are looking forwar to seeing them finshed.

Work is progressing nicely on our new build home in south Leeds.

The master bedroom is starting to take shape.

We have recieved planning approval on a characterful residential property in the Roundhay conservation area.

The proposals turn it back from flats into a single residntial property. Along with adding a small contemporary style extension to the rear of the house and the conversion of the former coach house to residential use.

We will now be working through the building regulations and detailed design information. And getting onto site later in the year.
