A huge thank you to all our customers — whether you used us once or supported us over and over again, you’re the reason we became what we did. Your trust, loyalty, and kindness shaped our journey, and we’re incredibly grateful.
We’re proud to be leaving on a high, but we’ve had to make a difficult decision. With rising costs and a market increasingly driven by unsustainably low prices, continuing simply wouldn’t have allowed us to maintain the quality and standards we believe in. We never wanted to put our customers in a position where we’d have to charge more than we felt was fair, and we also couldn’t compete in a race-to-the-bottom market.
So, at a point where we feel comfortable and proud of what we’ve built, we’ve chosen to step into the next chapter — wherever that may lead us.
Thank you again for an incredible, unforgettable five years. We couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️
