Haven't posted anything for a while because I've had so much going on...but we're back doing what we do best...helping people change their houses into homes that they are proud of...we started a little job today that involved tidying up a new customers garden..we eradacated the weeds, removed the slate and previous membrane and replaced with new heavy duty membrane and reused existing slate...they mentioned that they were embarrassed by the state of their front garden beforehand...and now are very happy with how it looks...they have even asked me to come back and redecorate the interior of the property aswell so watch this space for updates soon...if we can help you in any way....please don't hesitate to get in contact..

Seeing as it's the season of good will..and not only that but it's nice to be nice...so with that in mind and work being a little quiet this month, I offered to help paint my friends front room ready for when her new sofa arrives and before Christmas so she can enjoy it with her family....so me and a couple of friends got together and did exactly that...we were fed and kept hydrated 😉😉🤣🤣 so everyone was a winner. Here are a few before and after pics of a job we recently completed..the customer had asked,if we could decorate while they were away on holiday...that was not a problem..so the keys were handed over...the job completed and a successful holiday had too by all accounts..I'm happy with the results as was the customer...on to the next one...

Sorry we've been quiet of late....but we've been busy working on different jobs...so here is an update of what we have been upto...
Currently decorating a bedroom and 3 fire doors for a customer who is on holiday. the job isn't finished yet but will be completed this week.
And we've erected a fence that the recent strong winds had blown down.

Here's a little list of just some of the services we can provide you with....if you have any jobs that need doing and you can't see it on the list then please get in touch, and the chances are that if Im not able to offer you a solution then I'll know someone equally trustworthy and reliable who can...remember...no job too big no job too small...and no problems only solutions. Today we erected a little picket fence with a gate to separate the garden into 2 areas... The reason being that unfortunately the customer's furry friend is having to undergo surgery on its hind leg and they wanted to be able restrict the ability of said Poochie to cause itself more harm whilst making a full recovery..I have dogs myself and have suffered a similar misfortune so knew exactly what they needed, and I was only too happy to help...dogs are family members too..if u need any fencing done or anything else for that matter please don't hesitate to contact us..

Little update for you...working on older properties always poses some potential hurdles as you never know how the walls will take to new paint or what problems u may unearth along the way... sometimes it's plain sailing...and sometimes not so... but at PABS building and maintenance ltd we don't have time for problems we only offer solutions...so far this hasn't been the most plain sailing of jobs but I'm happy with the result as is the customer.. the top floor has now been completed as per customers request and now on to the 2nd floor. So then....here's a little update from a job we started this week...still lots to be done don't get me wrong...but this is just the start.. we began by stripping the wallpaper in the bedroom in preparation to treat the damp and then to decorate...we then stripped the apex wall of any loose plaster before we commence the repair...then just raking out any cracks ready to be filled....stains will be treated,and damp taken care of before we repaint ..and that's just the top floor...this really is an amazing property and am extremely happy to be able to work on it..
