🏡 Project Update: Lingfield, Surrey 🌿

Great progress continues at our Lingfield, Surrey project for

This exclusive collection of seven individually designed luxury homes, set in a beautiful countryside location, is moving forward at an excellent pace and remains on track for completion later this year.

Each home is really taking shape, with momentum building across the site:

▶️Plot 1 – Roof complete, with first fix plumbing and electrics underway to the first floor. Ground floor insulation and screed scheduled in the coming weeks.
▶️Plot 2 – Joist and deck installation ongoing.
▶️Plot 3 – Third lift scaffold in place.
▶️Plot 4 – Fourth lift brickwork progressing well.
▶️Plot 5 – Structural steels installed, ready for brickwork to steel ridge.
▶️Plot 6 – Roof on, with covering to follow next week.
▶️Plot 7 – Roof on and ready for covering.

🏡 Project Update: Mill Farm, Chalfont St. Giles

It’s been a busy week on site as we prepare for the launch of Plot 2, the show home for Bruckland Developments, opening this Saturday.

Plot 2 is a stunning five-bedroom, four-bathroom detached home, forming part of this exclusive gated development of just five luxury detached properties.

With the show home launch fast approaching, the team is working hard to ensure everything is on track for what promises to be an impressive unveiling.

Thankfully, the sun is shining and progress is going well. Final works are now underway to the frontage and rear garden, while internal finishes are being completed ahead of the show home dressing later this week.

A big well done to everyone involved for their continued hard work in keeping everything moving forward and ready for the weekend. 👏🏻

🧱Blackhills Estate, Esher - Custom Build project:

Construction continues to progress well at our bespoke build project on the exclusive Blackhills Estate in Surrey.

✨ An impressive three-storey, five-bedroom residence extending to over 7,100 sq ft, complete with a standout basement level featuring exceptional leisure and wellness facilities.

The basement phase is now fully complete, including all blockwork walls, structural steelwork, and the installation of the hollowcore slab up to ground floor level.

The superstructure is advancing steadily, with the first lift now completed.

A small number of late-stage layout adjustments have been successfully incorporated without impacting the overall programme.

First lift scaffolding is currently being erected to facilitate bricklaying operations which are progressing at pace.

Looking ahead, the installation of the ground floor over first floor structural steelwork is scheduled later this month, along with the installation of the corresponding hollowcore slab.
