A lovely project for a returning customer.

After spraying the front UPVC elements of this property last year, I was asked back to complete the rear elevation and tie everything together with the newly installed anthracite extension.

The existing windows, fascia boards, soffits and downpipes were originally a mixture of brown and white. Rather than replacing them, they were professionally sprayed to match the new anthracite grey installation.

What I particularly enjoyed about this project was the attention to detail. It’s easy to focus on the larger items, but the overall finish comes from treating every visible element as part of the scheme.

That included:
✔ Windows and frames
✔ Fascia and soffits
✔ Downpipes and drainage components
✔ Grate covers
✔ External pipework
✔ Even the small pipe on the outdoor tap

The end result is a rear garden space that feels cohesive, modern and complete without the expense and disruption of replacement.

There’s a reason I often say the details matter.

Remember this Aga? Well I’m back!

I sprayed the Aga on my previous visit… and now I’ve returned to finish off this bespoke-made mantle over it 👌

From bare timber in the first photo to a fully sprayed finish colour matched to the new kitchen. The goal wasn’t for it to stand out — it was for it to look like it had always been part of the original kitchen design.

It’s details like this that really pull a space together.

People often see the finished result and think it’s just a quick coat of paint.

This front door tells a different story.

The previous coating had been applied with a brush and had left heavy brush marks across the surface. To achieve a high-end finish it couldn’t simply be painted over — it needed proper preparation first.

✔ Extensive sanding and prep work
✔ Existing brush marks corrected
✔ Sprayed in RAL 7016 Anthracite
✔ Smooth, modern factory-style finish

The prep photo in the middle shows where the real work goes in. That’s the stage that often makes the difference between “painted” and “professionally refinished.”

Replacing the door would have cost considerably more, while spraying completely refreshed the appearance with far less disruption.

This front door had reached the point where the original faux wood-grain coating was starting to fail after years of exposure.

A lot of people assume replacement is the only option at this stage… but often it isn’t.

Instead of the upheaval and cost of fitting a brand new door, we professionally prepared and resprayed it to give it a fresh new lease of life.

✅ More cost effective than replacement
✅ Less disruption
✅ Completely transforms first impressions
✅ Long-lasting refreshed finish

Amazing what a difference a front door can make to a property 👌

BEFORE ➡ AFTER | UPVC Spray Transformation

This high-end rental property has had a complete refresh by spraying the existing brown UPVC windows and conservatory to a modern cream finish.

The best part?
No expensive replacement windows.
No major disruption.
No ripping everything out.

Just a professional sprayed finish at a fraction of the replacement cost 💷

For landlords and homeowners, UPVC spraying makes a lot of sense when the frames are still in good condition:

✅ Saves thousands versus replacement
✅ Minimal upheaval to the property
✅ Fast turnaround
✅ Modernises the whole appearance
✅ Long-lasting professional finish

The difference to the kerb appeal is massive 👌

Also, if you’re a decorator or sprayer watching this — don’t get sucked into thinking you need massively expensive spray setups because social media says so.

Watch till the end to see the relatively inexpensive setup I use after years of testing and tweaking to get high-end results consistently.

If your windows, doors or conservatory are looking dated, spraying could completely transform them without the stress of replacing everything.

From cream… to black. 🔥

This bespoke Aga respray completely transforms the look of the kitchen without the cost (or upheaval) of replacing it.

A new Aga like this? You’re easily looking at £10k+…
This? A fraction of that 💸

Same cooker.
Same performance.
Just a completely different presence.

And the best bit…
Any colour is possible. 🎨

So if your Aga’s looking tired or just doesn’t suit the space anymore, there’s a smarter option than ripping it out.

No need to overcomplicate it.

✨ Thinking about replacing your kitchen?

This one was 27 years old —
solid units, good layout… just very dated.

Instead of ripping it out, the entire kitchen was professionally refurbished:

✔️ All cabinetry sprayed
✔️ Island & glass cabinet internals
✔️ Ceiling
✔️ Walls
✔️ All woodwork

The main units were finished in Little Greene – Royal Navy 257, giving a deep, timeless feel.

The island and glass cabinet internals were sprayed in Farrow & Ball – Cinder Rose No.246, adding warmth and contrast 🤍

By refurbishing rather than replacing, the homeowners avoided:

• huge replacement costs
• weeks without a usable kitchen
• unnecessary waste

Same kitchen.
Completely new look.

👇 If your kitchen is structurally sound but looks tired, spraying could be the perfect upgrade.
Feel free to send me a message — happy to advise.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes. Feeling the love 🫶🏻🥰. Just a few thoughts that you come to understand in your 50’s 1. Peace matters more than proving a point.
2. Your health is your real wealth.
3. Time is the most expensive currency.
4. Not everyone deserves a second chance.
5. Your circle gets smaller and better.
6. Letting go is a skill you must practice.
7. Happiness comes from simple things. Coffee, time with family, walks
8. You outgrow drama without trying.
9. Your boundaries are non-negotiable.
10. Life feels lighter when you stop rushing
11. Money isn’t everything. It ebbs and flows like the sea
12. Social media (for the majority) is like panning for gold in a sewer. You have to sift through piles of 💩 to find the golden nuggets. Despite what you think and people want you to think, nobody has life worked out or fully knows what the f% is going on! ✌🏻
