If your roof is leaking, it doesn’t automatically mean replacement.

9 times out of 10 it’s something small—lead, flashing, broken or a slipped tile.

Always get it checked before agreeing to big work.

Big chimney taken down and roof made good 💪🔥

This one was a large 8-flue stack fully removed to below roof level and tiled in to match.

Not a job to rush — done properly and safely:

✔️ Checked both properties to make sure no appliances were connected
✔️ Inspected loft structure to confirm chimney wasn’t supporting the roof
✔️ Taken down carefully course by course (no smashing)
✔️ Roof re-battened and tiled in to suit existing

Clean finish and fully weatherproof — you wouldn’t even know a chimney was there once it’s weathered in 👌

All waste removed and site left tidy.
