Today the team has been out for a couple of hours to remove this decking from a property in Irby. The client had erected it over 10 years ago so it has more than served its purpose but unfortunately the structure was rotting and becoming unstable so he hired FTS to Dismantle and remove from his property and underneath was a ready made patio ready to have the pressure wash on it and get the deck chairs out.

In all honesty I have had the most out of working on this Project. Hired through the recommendation of a local Building contractor is always a bonus in any trade and we are grateful as always 🙏. The extension to the rear of the property was blocking the view from the patio doors so this young family where unable to fully make use of their garden especially with young children and so hired FTS to demolish the building.
Now we as a company will only use the tools necessary to get the Job done so its affordable to our clients... so no diggers where used in the removal of the floor instead we used a jack hammer and man power to lift and load into the skips as the entrance to the garden was tight as shown in the pictures.

Now the light shines through and our client Laura can now begin transforming this space into the patio and garden area filled with trampolines and slides for a safe place for her children to play and a sun trap for mum and dad to relax 😀😁

Great few hours this morning taking down this concrete panel garage. Bringing the forklift to site we where able to take the concrete panels out in one piece and load them straight into the skip... we are all about working smarter in FTS!! We don't like mess so we pride ourselves on keeping a clean site at all times through out the job 😎

Our neighbours hired us to demolish a conservatory that was used as a reception for some years by the previous business that occupied the site. Across the road from us we got to utilise the forklift Skip to keep the site clear of debris throughout the works. Big thank you to for the swift delivery of the mini digger which we are now going to use to scrape up the grass to the side of the building making it more usable connecting the front carpark to the showroom. you can't get more local than that, the sun was out so all in all it was a great day ✨️

The ground is now ready clean and clear for the builders to bring to life their blueprints... this house held alot of me...

The ground is now ready clean and clear for the builders to bring to life their blueprints... this house held alot of memories but luckily memories travel with us through life and don't have to stay where we make them... the building now gone but the memories live on forever and as in life there is a new house with a new family ready to make new memories in this ever spinning world 🌎 ♥️

Monday started off with a bang as per... we are very grateful that we have the opportunity to know so many great people that are the best in what they do and make no exception is always on time to get our machines where they need to be so we can get straight to work for our client!!
