Check out this transformation we have completed for one of our returning customers.

Kicking off the works with the demolition of the existing garage and decked areas before we excavated the site to required depths.

An abundance of drainage installations have been fixed and positioned with precision to manage the surface and groundwater.

For the brand new installations these include,

✅ Concrete post, gravel board and panelled fencing.

✅ Brand new decorative concrete paving.

✅ Drystone style walling.

✅ Access steps constructed.

✅ Pet-friendly artificial turfing laid.

✅ Flower beds constructed with decorative edgings.

Here is a retaining stone wall repair completed for our customer in Meltham 📍

Prior to repairing the wall we cleaned away the old mortar, we removed any stones that was loose until reaching a solid start point.

Steel wall ties was incorporated in the rebuilding to ensure the wall does not collapse in the future.

All the same stone was re-used, although some of the York-stone copings had been damaged so we supplied a perfect match.

Now that the the wall is sealed and water cannot pe*****te the internal, the structural integrity has been prolonged.

Before & after

Here is small garden transformation we have completed for our customer in marsden 📍

After lifting the old paving slabs we prepared the ground, installed aco drainage and laid brand new buff sandstone paving finished with sand and Cement pointing.

X1 step was also constructed to our clients own specification using reclaimed stone.

Here is an internal alteration we completed in Meltham 📍

We have made this space more usable, without compromising on light.

Our customer wanted away with the heavy sliding door replaced with patio doors with two fixed panes incorporated on either side.

All work was completed to our customers own specification.

Now ready for the decorators to come along and do their thing.

Here is a land drain we installed for a customer in Meltham 📍
