A lot more goes into a development than what you see on the surface… 🚧🏡

Groundworks at Shepley, Halstead Homes are now nearing completion, with major infrastructure already in place. From water, gas, electric and BT ducting to the septic tank pump system, the essential foundations for the site are all coming together. ⚡💧

Next up: covering the septic tank, installing the new lids, finishing the curbs, and laying the tarmac to bring the roads to life. 👀

Slowly but surely, the site is taking shape. 🔨

Site update from Shepley. 👀🛠️

Progress is moving steadily across all plots, with roof work underway, plastering nearing completion, and Plot 6 almost ready for homeowners to move in. ✨

Roadworks and site services are also progressing well as we work towards completion later this year.

Plastering progress is moving steadily across the site, with Plot 7 now around 80% complete. 🛠️

Upstairs areas are fully boarded and well underway with skimming, while work continues through utility rooms, snug spaces, garage ceilings, and the final bedrooms. ✨

It takes precision, patience, and around two full days to complete each room properly - and the finish speaks for itself.
