We are looking for a Trainee Gate Automation Engineer/Labourer to join our team.
ASAS is an innovative business that designs, manufactures and installs automation systems of all types. We supply and install automated security gates and entrance solutions for industrial, commercial and residential environments.
This trainee position is ideal for someone looking to begin or progress a career in gate automation, or a labourer looking to develop new skills.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A strong interest in automation, or a related technical field
Some hands-on experience through education, apprenticeships, or practical work (preferred but not essential)
Willingness to learn fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and a desire to develop new technical skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Good communication skills and a professional approach when working on customer sites
