FIRST LOOK 👀

Work is well underway with a complete refurbishment and extension in Burnham Market.

One of the questions that we are nearly always get asked is about introducing underfloor heating into an existing dwelling - it is a massive undertaking, but if working with airsource heat pumps, and thinking about no longer using oil boilers, it may just be a more comfortable way of living? We did it in our own home.

This project is being impeccably delivered by Jason Teviotdale and his team.

PLANNING APPROVED ✅

When tasked to design with the ambition to make a house in a stunning location “better”, there will always be challenges.

Once again we have worked hard with the Planning and Conservation Officers, attended and talked through with the Parish Council. We have had to respond, adapt, bend a little. And through the journey a very supportive client that believed we were the team to deliver the ambition of their new home.

This is the result!
Planning Approved, beachside in Old Hunstanton - next stages progressed.

This is definitely one to watch as the build progresses. The upper level views are going to be breathtaking.
