50 sections of mental fencing completed.

Work carried out;

An abrasive sanding disc on the angle grinder to remove any flakey or rusted edges, a quick wipe down with methylated spirit and rag and a coat of black smooth mental paint!

This metal fence wasn’t that old but the client wanted to get keep on top of it to stop the rust from getting any more worse in the near future.

First exterior project done for 2026! March time just before the Easter break.🙌🏼

Very similar project to last year, that the client ask us to see previous exterior work and was happy to show them a similar bungalow we did at Tall Trees, Heacham.😁

We carried out;

Racking any cracks out, with an angle grinder if needed, stabilising solution in any dust in the cracks, Tourpret Rock Solid Filler first, Tourpret Masonry Repair Filler on top, after rubbing down, stabilising solution the filler, touch in with Pliolite Masonry Paint to help cover the dark grey filler spots and followed by full coats everywhere.💪

Roof clean service carried out by East Coast Windows a few weeks before we started and also jet washed the walls for us! So thanks Paul! 🙏🏻

Always nice when you get a repeat customer, our 4th trip back now to finish the last two rooms in the house.

You catch a quick glimpse of the kitchen with the LED strips that really set it off after you finished 🧡👌

As promised a few finished photos of the restaurant, dinner area and bar.

The owner was really happy with the results specially the bar and we have been booked in for some exterior decorating this spring/summer.

A close up reel of the bar at has the owner ask if we can re varnish the bar top only as it could do with an uplift.

We went for the Manns classic stain (mahogany) and the Manns bar top lacquer (matt)

After the power sanding, tack cloth, applying 3 coats of stain and as many coats of lacquer till we run out of the litre tin to give it maximum protection and longevity.
