A big change for a lovely couple in Upper Cambourne, they could no longer bear the grey walls and wallpaper, instead of removing the paper from the drywall which would cause lots of issues, we decided to paint over the paper, so after applying an appropriate primer and a few coats of emulsion, it's left looking much brighter, together with ceilings and lots of spindles freshened up, it's a welcome change 🌸

Simple freshen up for a downstairs loo, textured wallpaper steamed off, on one of the hottest days of the year 🥵, a touch of filling & sanding, and a couple of coats of pink emulsion to the walls & satinwood to the woodwork, much brighter and warmer now.

Today's job - the homeowner decided they could not bear the wallpaper any longer, rather than go through the removal process, being drywall that's never a fun task! We decided to use a wallpaper cover up paint designed to block the pattern and seal the paper ready for top coats, customer opted for Farrow & Ball Skimming Stone mixed by Valsper all round the room 🎨👩‍🎨
