Fine day out in Aberdeen processing salvaged beech, cherry, spruce and elm from storm arwen.
Managed to haul out and process 13cube in just under 6 hours!!

Digging out a row of old growth willow that was taken down to a stump years ago.
Most of the willow you see is used for traditional basket making.
Unfortunately the new growth coming off the stumps wasnt quite desirable for crafts so best option was to start fresh with cherry picked young yins! :)
We had a try with a compact John deer with loader, but there was no budge even though a fair majority was rotten!
Nothing beats a bit of manual labour 🤣

Quite a tricky little area!
The dorm above the door on the utility had some minor adjustments after the plan and meant I had to make an improvised gutter.
All fitted together quite snug, and most important... It will stay dry!!
That's one end of this house ready for flashing and the ridge!
