🔵PROJECT COMPLETION🔵
We have been involved in this project in rural Aberdeenshire for around 3-years now.
From the initial meeting with the clients - who knew exactly what they were looking for but didn't know how to achieve it - we went about the design process together to ensure that nothing was missed. We then obtained the necessary permissions & approvals based on the concept design.
The original traditional farmhouse has been completely transformed using traditional materials & work methods to create a stunning large family home!
Great to see the finished article.🏠

We’re delighted to see how this new build just outside Keith turned out.
We provided full design, obtained planning & building warrant approvals & assisted obtaining the completion certificate.
All done using local tradesmen⭐️

Recently completed extension in Huntly - our clients purchased their house with a glass box conservatory to the rear which was too hot in the summer & too cold in winter therefore they wanted to replace this with a comfortable living space that they can use all year round to take-in their fantastic views over Huntly Golf Course.

🔵🔵 From Concept to Design to Approval to Build to Completion 🔵🔵
Delighted to see this unique project at St Drostan’s Church in Insch obtaining its completion certificate earlier this month.
For this project we provided architectural drawings to obtain full planning & listed building consent along with building warrant approval. We then carried out the full tender process, appointed quality local tradesmen and project managed the build from start to finish.
Really proud how it’s turned out & I’m sure that the space will not only be an asset to the church but an asset to the whole community.

As the Government are quite rightly increasing the measures to combat the spread of the virus, we wanted to let all of our clients, contractors & associates know about our Practice’s plans to continue to support you during the coming months. We will continue to monitor UK and Scottish Government advice and review our plan regularly in accordance with their guidance.
Our office will be working as usual with systems in place that mean you will be able to contact us on the usual telephone numbers and email addresses. We will also be able to arrange remote meetings with our clients if this is required to ensure we uphold the social distancing instructions.
