Project just finished over in romiley today.

Took our time with this one to make sure it was absolutely bang on.

- 2x New rubber roofs ✅
- Small pitched roof re-done ✅
- New facia, soffit and gutters ✅
- New leadwork with some welded details ✅

It’s all in the detail.

Little repair carried out today from an emergency call out.

We don’t just do complete refurbs, we take on the smaller jobs too.

- New Black UPVC facia and gutter with the side Cladded

- Patch repair on the side of this abutment wall. Original builder putting the lead under the tiles causing a gradual leak over the years until the felt gave way. Replaced the felt and renewed the leadwork to the abutment wall.

Another project recently completed that we didn’t get round to posting.

Dormer roof was severely under pitched for the tiles that was on it, it was that low we didn’t have much choice but to put a rubber roof on it.

Client decided to update the cladding at the same time!

New leadwork all the way round for when client gets round to renewing rest of the roof.

Looks really smart this one!

Project completed this week. Slate roof on at 13 degrees. Been leaking since day dot this one, together with a very questionable structure this was a disaster waiting to happen!

-Old ceiling removed and new 300mm insulation installed ✅
-New 6x2 timbers with wall plate ✅
-New anthracite grey facia and black half round gutter ✅
-12.5 degree low pitch mendips installed
-New leadwork to abutment walls with some welded details to the corners ✅

We will never paper over the cracks. Always making the effort to make sure a jobs guaranteed water proof 💪

Survey carried out today on a chimney over in Heaton norris! Showing the client the problem so they understand and can make their own informed decision.

Excited and extremely honoured to have been shortlisted for one of our projects at the Meistari Roofcraft awards, in Chester.

No matter the project, every detail counts and on this particular project, we went above and beyond. We identified early that water was penetrating through the coping stones and soaking the solid wall.

We decided we would go the extra mile, at cost to ourselves; and clad the wall in lead.

You can see for yourself the stunning detail we produced. It’s fantastic to receive recognition from our peers and hopefully we can claim the award!

Scaffold down now on the last project! With the roof finished, this completed the exterior renovation. Just look how modern this house looks now after the refurbishment!

Finally managed to get round to this one after sheeting it up!

This one was damaged in a storm, completely ripping the deck from the joists and the covering along with it!

New rubber epdm system installed with old ridges back on and new flashing to chimney stack.
