New boiler install !!! 35/40 year old Baxi boiler removed and replaced with an Ideal Logic Max H24. The old boiler gave up and hadn’t been worked on for years. Flue badly corroded and poor efficiency. New pump and valves fitted and ‘H’ section cleared along with the cold feed. System cleaned with X800 and protected with X100. Old Flue bricked up 👌🏼Boiler registered with a 10 year warranty

Went back in to second fix this lovely bathroom today. New Toilet and basin fitted and original towel rail refitted. whirlpool bath bath for the ultimate relaxation. Electrics done by the brilliant .gotch 👌🏼 customer is now over the moon with the finish. bathbath

This particular job was all about making life easier for this elderly customer. En-suite shower tray fitted at low level with bifold door, white marble shower panels and a Mira shower. Mapei colour match silicone used. Comfort height toilet, lever taps on the basin and a new pop up waste. And all the same done for the bathroom shower, new basin lever taps with pop up waste and a comfort height toilet.

Last Boiler install of 2025! This time fitting an Ideal Logic Max C24 with vertical flue. Limescale reducer and shock arrestor fitted along with Ideals own magnetic system filter. As usual, sentinel chemicals used for the flush and inhibitor put in on completion to protect the new boiler and system. Support put into the loft for the vertical flue.

A recent boiler installation I completed……..
New Ideal Logic Max C30 Boker fitted with vertical flue. Limescale reducer and shock arrestor fitted to protect the boiler. Also Ideals own magnetic system filter fitted along with Senyinel X100 to protect the system. System was flushed using Sentinel X800. Existing Hive heating controls wired into new boiler. Also a new type 21 radiator and a chrome towel rail fitted, both from the Flomasta range. Boiler comes with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

NEW BOILER DAY….. Today I fitted a new Ideal Logic Max C30 with a 10 year manufacturers warranty. Pipework adjustments made to suit new pipe configuration. System cleaned with Sentinel X800 and X100 put into system on completion to protect the new boiler and system. Original Hive heating controls wired into new boiler. Black Talon clips used. .uk

Little shower job completed yesterday, removed the tiles and fitted grey multi tile@shower boards from chrome trims and silver grey silicone used. New bath tap installed with shower diverter and dual shower unit fitted including rainfall head and hand held head. 800mm pivoting screen fitted. Also shower replaced in en-suite shower whilst I was there 😜 own iflo range shower installed.

Saturday was a day for boiler servicing. A few faults found along the way and rectified there and then. Blocked condense...

Saturday was a day for boiler servicing. A few faults found along the way and rectified there and then. Blocked condense termination cut out and cleared, heat exchangers cleaned out and parts cleaned. 6 boilers now working safely and efficiently.
