Code 5 lead welded cornice and cappings completed in South Wales.

Huge run of welded lead panels prefabricated and installed on site, including three curved details all neatly formed around a copper drip. All leadwork undertaken in accordance with LSTA standards to ensure longevity and correct installation practices.

Recent Sika single-ply flat roof renewal completed in Cardiff ✔️

✅ Existing flat roof fully stripped back
✅ New Sika single-ply roofing system installed
✅ Mechanically fixed system due to weather restrictions
✅ Installed to full manufacturer specification
✅ Backed by a 20-year warranty as approved Sika installers

This was a challenging programme, pushing to get the job over the line at 8 o’clock in the evening, in the rain, under lights. Not how we like to work, but sometimes necessary to protect the building and keep the project moving. Throughout the works, health & safety standards were maintained at all times, with no compromise on quality or compliance.

A big thank you to the subcontractors who supported us on this project — your professionalism and teamwork were key to delivering the job safely and successfully.

Another roof completed, another property protected for decades to come. 👷‍♂️💡

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Apprentice (aged 21 or under) to join our roofing and leadwork team.

Position Details:
• Enrolment on the NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeship Scheme
• Full training provided in roofing, leadwork, and associated skills
• Uniform and PPE supplied
• Competitive apprenticeship pay in line with current regulations
• Immediate start available

Candidate Requirements:
• Must be aged 21 or under (as per apprenticeship funding requirements)
• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
• Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work safely as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to developing a trade career
