Here we split a old large bathroom with no toilet into 2 rooms providing a new as well as a at a property in .

This involved completely demolitioning the old bathroom, new plumbing and heating as well creating a appature by removing 2.5 ton of stone and installing 7 lintels to allow for a new entrance into the newly formed room!

We also managed to install waste pipes in the rooms to allow for toilets!

Applied the 1st coat of masonary paint to the new render on the end gable wall of our project yesterday! Really pleased with the level of finish we have been able to achieve on this 300 year old stone/rubble fill wall. We added georgian band oversails to each sill level on every floor - not only to give this period property an additional architectural feature but also to allow render breaks to help aid even coverage and application.

Big day yesterday! turned remove the tin lid and shrouding! Couldn't be happier to finally get to see the building in its new and forever state! The finer architectural features are still somewhat obscured by the remaining scaffold.
