My name is Marc and I am the owner of Digital Aerial Installations Ltd and a local Aerial, Satellite and CCTV engineer that has lived in Derby/ Ilkeston all my life. Rats and squirrels love cables! They cause so much damage, we just had to replace and repair 2 x 60m cables because they managed to get into a roof and use the Conduit as a tunnel. We have extended to Conduit into the eaves replaced the cables and buried them underground yo help protect them going forward.

Install for a customer in Littleover today, cat6 cables to loft, replace old slow virgin router with tplink wifi7 mesh system for the old part of the house, then in the new extension and garden we installed omada wifi7 access points on the landing and garden room, with external wifi access point for the long garden for a smart projector.
The whole property and garden now gets there full speed of 120Mbps.

Another digital aerial this afternoon, 138 channels including HD and Radio. 9x9 galvanised chimney cradle with chimney protectors and lashing kit, 6ft heavy duty alloy pole, heavy duty J and U bolts, low loss RG6 copper coax cable with service loop and compression waterproof fittings, clipped neatly down to the TV and TV tuned. 👍

Gen 3 Starlink install in Golden valley this morning on a listed building, customer is on a 100Mbps connection. Had to mount to a 2" pole Floor plate and a 6ft 2" heavy duty alloy pole then hid the cable through gravel and a 3ft thick stone wall. Customer didnt even attempt the free starlink install because others on the street had problems with installers not doing it.
