Based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, we are ideally based to access projects in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire; however our range is not limited to these areas, with recent areas of work including Doncaster, London and High Wycombe. We are also a registered partner in the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Partner Authority Scheme; this enables us to work closely with our local/designated Building Control Officer, regardless of where in the country the project is located. Lacey and Owen Architectural Services Ltd was formed between business partners Stuart Lacey and Mark Owen, with an aim to provide professional architectural services, which have been built on many years of experience. Stuart Lacey; MCIAT ICIOB has spent 40 years + working within the construction industry, starting his career as an apprentice bricklayer and working his way up to where he is today as a Chartered Architectural Technologist. Stuart has offered architectural services and project management for the past ten years, gaining his MCIAT status in early 2010. Mark Owen; Bsc(hons) Architectural Technology, graduated from Nottingham Trent University in July 2008. Having completed his degree, Mark went immediately into an architectural design practise, where he worked on a variety of projects ranging from single storey rear extensions to a 55 bed hotel. Mark is a full member of the CIAT and is currently working towards full MCIAT status.
