We are recognised by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), and we carry full professional indemnity insurance. We have the knowledge and capabilities of working in all sectors, be it Commercial, Industrial or Domestic, with areas of work centring around Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. Based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, we are ideally based to access projects in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire; however our range is not limited to these areas, with recent areas of work including Doncaster, London and High Wycombe. We are also a registered partner in the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Partner Authority Scheme; this enables us to work closely with our local/designated Building Control Officer, regardless of where in the country the project is located. Lacey and Owen Architectural Services Ltd was formed between business partners Stuart Lacey and Mark Owen, with an aim to provide professional architectural services, which have been built on many years of experience. Stuart Lacey; MCIAT ICIOB has spent 40 years + working within the construction industry, starting his career as an apprentice bricklayer and working his way up to where he is today as a Chartered Architectural Technologist. Stuart has offered architectural services and project management for the past ten years, gaining his MCIAT status in early 2010. Mark Owen; Bsc(hons) Architectural Technology, graduated from Nottingham Trent University in July 2008. Having completed his degree, Mark went immediately into an architectural design practise, where he worked on a variety of projects ranging from single storey rear extensions to a 55 bed hotel. Mark is a full member of the CIAT and is currently working towards full MCIAT status.

AT LAST… THE STAGES ARE REVEALED!

You’ve heard us talk about our new home and our new chapter.

Now we can finally show you where the action will happen.

It starts on Saturday 19 September at Weston Park, with the Rally Festival and four competitive stages within the estate.

Then on Sunday 20 September, we head out onto the closed roads of Shropshire:

Planning approved. So great to receive the planning approval through for this new 2 bedroom dwelling in pontesbury.
Client approached us about the potential of utilising the bottom of the existing dwellings garden, after we had already designed a extension on this property.
After receiving a successful pre-app response from Shropshire Council, we developed the scheme further to make use of the the sites change in level, and it's far reaching views over the Shropshire country side. A contemporary design which sits seamlessly into its surroundings.
The building plot is due to come onto the market soon.
