Chimney remedial work.

Chimney 1.
The client wanted the chimneys height increased. When the existing flaunching was removed the bricks were found to be loose. These were removed, cleaned and placed on a new bed or mortar and we applied new flaunching.

Chimney 2.
The client had previously had the chimneys height reduced. The previous contractor had placed 2 paving slabs on top without a drip edge for water to run off. This in turn had caused the existing render to come loose and crumble.
We raised the height in order to create a new weather band and added a reclaimed chimney pot to allow the chimney to breathe again. New flaunching completed our work, and a new silicone render was added by Dan Centritto at Keane Finishes Ltd

Single storie rear extension.
Existing conservatory was removed and replaced with a new extension all signed of by building control. The client asked us to remove the kitchen and dining room internal walls in order to create an amazing open plan kitchen perfect for their family and to entertain.

Huge thanks to the team at Ccl Tool and Plant Hire .
Dropped off the plant the next day, and even delivered a pe**er the same day when we unexpectedly hit an old footing on the dig of our latest project.

A nice little job working with the guys at LJ Joinery & Building Services in order to get this project cut in and water tight over 1 weekend.
With this element complete it then allowed the internal trades to stay on schedule and complete the project on time. Being able to adapt at short notice allowed us to help this client complete their project on time.

We were contacted by a repeat customer to carry out the reconfiguration of the property in order to suit their needs better as a growing family.
In short the kitchen at the front of the property didn't allow the whole family to enjoy the outside/inside space together. As a result the rear of the house was opened up and walls removed to create this stunning open plan kitchen and family space opening onto the rear garden enabling the family to all be together.

As part of a series of works for these fantastic clients, our final task was to construct a full height bay window to the front elevation of their property.
We sourced a great brick match and had the corner bricks cut and manufactured to give a neat corner detail. Sand stone cills were added create a lovely detail. All signed off with full building control approval.

Work carried out for a lovely customer.
Mrs Wrigley asked for a full roof replacement, chimney removal, new Upvc cladding to the dormer and EPDM flat rubber roof covering. Ensuring the roof was maintenance and trouble free for years to come.

Another loft conversion with ensuite completed in Sandiacre for a returning client.
The work involved constructing a flat roof dormer to make full use of the existing loft space footprint. A new staircase was designed and installed allowing the clients to decorate and move into the new master suite.
More updates to follow when the final touches have been completed by the clients.
