Today we celebrated a major milestone at our Broadway development with the topping out of Tamworth House and Rosemary Cottage.

These two homes have been designed to sit comfortably within the village, using quality local materials, reclaimed stone and roof tiles, and traditional craftsmanship alongside modern building standards.

Both names have personal meaning, and this project has been shaped by people, place and a real respect for the character of Broadway.

A huge thank you to our team, subcontractors, suppliers, planners, designers and everyone who has helped bring the project to this stage. Construction is always a team effort, and we’re incredibly proud of what has been achieved so far.

We look forward to seeing these homes completed over the coming months.
