As the football season gets underway, we’re proud to continue our support of Chelmsford City FC and London Stadium and we’re also backing some fantastic challenges closer to home.

This year, we’re proud to support Ryan Jenkins as he takes on the C2C Essex Ultra in aid of Prostate Cancer UK

Ryan is taking on the full 50-mile challenge, starting at Upminster Station and heading east along the Thames, following the London Loop and England Coast National Trails before finishing along the Essex Riviera. 🏃‍♂️🔥

It’s a huge challenge and one that will take plenty of training, determination and resilience. We’ll be behind Ryan every step of the way!

And while we’re supporting our own team, we also want to wish Sam Noakes the very best of luck ahead of Saturday’s big fight. 🥊

We’ll be cheering you on, Sam — go and put on a great show! 👊

At RJ Drylining, we believe in supporting our local community, grassroots sport and inspiring talent, and we're delighted to have recently renewed our sponsorship with Chelmsford City Football Club

Chelmsford City FC is at the heart of our local community, with men's, women's, academy and youth teams providing opportunities for players of all ages, while their Foundation continues to make a real difference across Essex. We're proud to continue supporting such a fantastic club and wish everyone involved the very best for the new season. 💙

We're also excited to continue supporting Sam Noakes, who has now had his next fight confirmed. Sam returns to the ring on 29th August at The O2 Arena, London, and we'll be cheering him on every step of the way. Best of luck, Sam! 🥊

A huge congratulations also goes to our Project Manager, John Hunt, whose recent charity fundraising event raised an incredible £4,070 for Farleigh Hospice and Brain Tumour Research. It was a fantastic evening that brought people together for two incredibly worthwhile causes, and we're proud to support John and everyone involved. ❤️

As we head into one of the busiest times of the year, we're also preparing for a number of school refurbishment projects across the region. Summer works demand careful planning, exceptional teamwork and efficient time management to ensure every project is completed safely and on schedule before pupils return, helping to minimise disruption to schools and their communities.

A busy few months ahead—but exactly the way we like it!

With Royal Ascot now underway, we're proud to showcase the completion of the Royal Ascot Authority Box Refurbishment.

Working alongside Coniston Limited, RJ Drylining Limited delivered the drylining, partitions, ceilings and specialist finishes required to transform this premium hospitality space overlooking one of the world's most iconic racecourses.

From the initial design stages and construction works through to the completed fit-out, the project required close coordination with the wider team to deliver a high-quality finish befitting the prestige of Royal Ascot.

Progress continuing on site 👏

RJ Drylining are pushing forward with works on a major education sector project in London, with large areas of metal framing, corridor formations, ceiling prep and internal boarding now really starting to take shape.

With high-spec teaching and simulation spaces being created throughout the building, precision and coordination across every stage of the drylining package is key and it’s great to see the scale of the project all coming together.

A huge part of keeping projects like this moving comes down to the strong relationships we’ve built with our suppliers and supply chain partners. Having materials ready for each phase allows the team to maintain momentum across multiple work areas and keep programme on track. 👏

Over the coming months we’ll also be collaborating more closely with several of our suppliers, sharing more project updates and showcasing the teamwork behind delivering projects like this successfully.

Our Project Manager, John Hunt, is organising a very special charity event in memory of his daughter, Beckie, celebrating what would have been her 27th birthday.

We are proud to support this event, which is especially close to our hearts as a team.

The evening will honour Beckie’s life while raising vital funds for Farleigh Hospice and Brain Tumour Research, two causes that have provided incredible support to John and his family.

There will be raffles, auctions, and an opportunity for the community to come together in remembrance and support.
