🏡 ONE OF OUR BIGGEST TRANSFORMATIONS TO DATE | YARM 🏡
What a project this has been.
This started as a substantial garden transformation and grew into something even bigger along the way, with the scope of works increasing significantly halfway through the project.
Despite the additional work, we reorganised, pushed forward and completed everything in time to keep our upcoming projects moving as planned. 💪
And the finished result speaks for itself.
Over 300 porcelain pavers have been individually installed across the property, creating one continuous design flowing from the front garden, around the sides of the house and throughout the entire rear garden.
But 300+ pavers only tells part of the story.
This transformation included:

▪️ Sweeping curved porcelain pathways
▪️ Separate rear seating patio
▪️ Floating porcelain stepping-stone walkway
▪️ Porcelain-clad steps
▪️ Multiple recessed inspection covers
▪️ Extensive detailed cuts and curved finishes
▪️ Decorative gravel borders throughout
▪️ New turfing and lawn alterations
▪️ Edging and finishing works
▪️ Gravelled areas throughout the property
▪️ 3 new gates installed
▪️ 1 existing gate repaired and put right
▪️ Long porcelain access paths around the property
▪️ Additional works added during the project
▪️ Full site clean and finishing works
From huge open patio areas to narrow side access paths, sweeping curves, stepping stones and tiny finishing details, there has been an enormous amount of work involved in bringing this entire property together.
And we're not quite finished with this one either. 😉
As part of our commitment to the finished result, we'll be returning twice next year to continue looking after the project and make sure everything is exactly where we want it.
For us, completing a project isn't simply about packing the tools away and disappearing.
It's about creating something we're proud to put our name against and standing behind the work afterwards.
