Skilled Labourer – Property Maintenance
Location: Inverness & surrounding areas
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Overtime & Weekend Work: Available when required
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Labourer to join our property maintenance team.
The role will involve carrying out a variety of property maintenance and cleaning work for domestic and commercial customers. No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who is practical, hardworking and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Duties will include:
Drain cleaning and drain unblocking
Gutter cleaning and maintenance
Pressure washing
Property and exterior maintenance
General labouring and maintenance work
Working at height where required
Using various tools and equipment
Assisting with drainage and maintenance jobs
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Keeping company vehicles, tools and equipment clean and organised
About you:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in property maintenance, drainage, construction or a similar role
Is practical and confident using tools and equipment
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work well as part of a team but also independently
Has good communication skills and a professional attitude
Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Has a full UK driving licence required
Experience with drainage, gutter cleaning or pressure washing would be an advantage
What we offer:
£13.50 per hour
40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Overtime available
Weekend work available when required
