Demolition of a garage this week and digging out an area for a retaining wall and larger garage. Garage was taken off site to be crushed and repurposed into hardcore.

Fastrac getting all the scenic views doing some pond work. Installed a base and driveway for a glamping cabin and turning over some beds for some planting to begin in the village.

Last few weeks has brought a variety of work. Shifting another residential unit along farm track and fields. Hire work to Scottish Water site. Cleaning up timber landing for a forestry site to make it more suitable for lorries. Pond and site maintenance work for a local estate. Reinstating an ATV track. We also had the TMC Cancela road crusher on demo for a couple of days

Recently had the chance to try out this TMC Cancela road crusher. Was very impressed with it during our demo on a couple of jobs renewing rough tracks by breaking up the existing rocks and making useable material in situ.

Fixing up an access track last week. We cut back all the vegetation growing in the ditch, cleaned it out and re-profiled it just in time for the heavy rain that arrived on Thursday. Some type 1 was brought in to cover the top section of track where there was nothing but gravel. The remainder of the track had become high centred and full of potholes but it had enough good material to rip it up and reshape it. The tractor with leveling beam did a great job of grading out the road to get the camber. Lastly we spread 20mm gravel all around the property to spruce up the driveway and yard area.
