** WE'RE HIRING **

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and organised person to join the team as a Business Support Apprentice on a 12-Month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) contract, with the possibility of extension beyond 12 months.

You will be an important part of our office team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business while providing excellent support to customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls & managing customer email correspondence
- Logging customer requests for engineer support
- Updating & maintaining accurate client records & database information
- Handling incoming & outgoing post
- Supporting administration associated with vehicle fleet management
- Booking hotels & accommodation for staff & engineers
- Replenishing stationery supplies & monitoring stock levels
- Providing general office administration support as required

The role would suit a school leaver or someone taking a gap year, or a young person looking for an introduction into the office/business environment. The role will allow the successful candidate to work towards a Business & Administration SCQF 6 qualification supported by the Highland Learning Academy.

Salary: £23,000 p/a
Job type: Fixed term (Maternity cover, potential to extend beyond 12 months)
Hours: 35 hour per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Location: 15 Henderson Drive, Inverness IV1 1TR

It's an amazing facility that is set to provide a great platform for the club to continue to deliver its vital community and youth development initiatives to groups from across the Highlands. 👏

In line with our commitment to innovation and keeping up with the latest developments in the fire and security industry, Director Graeme MacDonald recently attended the Honeywell Fire Partner Growth Event in Edinburgh.

There, he learned more about the cutting edge VESDA range from Xtralis which takes smoke detection to the next level - and which we are proud to supply and install for our customers across the Highlands.

We're proud to sponsor our engineer and First XV player, Connor Ross, for the 25/26 season. Connor is part of the Men's National League 2 side which is riding high in the division. The team face Dundee Rugby at Canal Park this Saturday (3pm, 17/1/26) with a chance to move up to second in the table.

Well that's a wrap for 2025 - and what a year it has been!
