First stage of work completed at Maxwell Park. Car park regraded and lengthened with new materials added. New culvert fitted to divert the running water from the path. Trees felled and shredded. New bridge fitted. Path cleaned removing the over growth and new handrails fitted to the steps.
The drainage issues has been identified and passed on to the council.
Great work by the guys in somewhat very wet conditions.

Good morning folks.
The path going through Maxwell park in Cradlehall will be closed on Friday the 9th of February and Saturday the 10th of February to allow the foot bridge at the top of the path to be replaced and carry out an investigation into the drainage issues. Also some tree felling is to take place in the area.
Ongoing work on Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th will continue in the area.
Please note the car park at the top of the park will be closed during this time.
We plan to wait for the school to go in on Friday the 9th of February before dismantling the current bridge and will do our best to keep distribution to a minimum.
