🔧 Why Annual Boiler Services Matter 🔥

Regular servicing isn’t just routine—it’s about catching problems early.

✔️ Small leaks before they cause damage
✔️ Early signs of wear and failing parts
✔️ Poor water quality leading to sludge build-up
✔️ Potential safety risks before they escalate

It’s also mandatory to have an annual service carried out to keep any boiler manufacturer warranty you have in place .

A check each year can prevent bigger issues down the line and keep everything running as it should 👌

Another job across the line 🔥🔧

Teamed up with GM Plumbing & Heating on this one to ensure the job was completed as efficiently as possible

Full heating system repipe, removing the old microbore, and installing 11 radiators throughout. Out with the heat-only boiler and vented cylinder, and in with a new ATAG combi boiler backed by an 18-year warranty 💪

Finished off with EPH controls for simple, efficient heating, extra cupboard space and hot water on demand 👍

That’s the year almost wrapped up 🔧
It’s been busy from start to finish, with plenty of great customers, and I’m very grateful for the support.

Not tools down just yet though… one more boiler install next week, then it’s time for some rest.

Let’s Hope next year is just as busy.

Out tomorrow night for a few well-earned drinks with a few fellow lone-wolf tradesmen 🍻
