New porch completed.
The old one was rotten and very leaky! The new porch was made bigger to make it a more usable space and have French doors for patio access. Finished externally in upvc cladding and white wood lining boards inside.
The job was made all the easier by having a special work dog Maisie Moo 🐕 by my side every day! 🐾

Living room/library renovation completed.
Window replaced with a longer one for more natural light, new ceiling and insulated front wall with new coving, picture rail and a ceiling rose.
A bespoke bookcase fitted across the back wall, and shelves into the alcove.
Transforming this previously quite dark room into a bright space, bringing a nice mix of modern and period features together 👌

Just a tad late with this post 😬, this job was completed before Christmas. The kitchen floor had collapsed in several places, the old chipboard flooring taken away and new 22mm caberfloor laid down, finished in vinyl herringbone flooring.

A job completed last month.
Old laminate flooring taken up from a kitchen and living room. The external wall of the living room removed, due to raised damp readings. The external stone wall is then rendered with a waterproof mix and the floors coated with liquid DPM. A new insulated stud wall built, finished and decorated.
New oak style vinyl flooring laid to both rooms.

A loft conversion done recently, adding great additional living space.
