Built in the first half of 2024, this impressive Double Garage in the West End of Aberdeen replaces an existing corrugated steel-clad timber garage, that had reached the end of its life 🏚️
The new Double Garage features 👷🏼‍♂️
▪️ Cupa H3 natural slate roof
▪️ Derby-mix roughcasted external walls
▪️ Spacious storage/loft area, accessed by a Ramsay Ladder
▪️ White painted interior walls
▪️ LED lighting
▪️ Composite side-door
▪️ Two electronically operated Garador Linear (Premium) sectional garage doors
▪️ Bespoke timber gates & parking area

Bathroom Refurbishment 👷🏼‍♂️
Completed earlier this year, we worked with our friends at to completely transform the existing bathroom within this beautiful West End property 🏡
Existing bathroom stripped back to the bare shell ✔️
External walls re-framed, insulated & plasterboarded ✔️
New flooring installed, along with wet-room shower tray ✔️
New tiling & bathroom suite installed, designed & supplied by ✔️
