Another hot water upgrade completed for a customer. Old vented cylinder and storage tanks all removed and a new pressurised solar cylinder fitted. Solar side due to be installed shortly. The current system was a nightmare for the customer as there was no way of controlling heating/hot water separately as the piping and controls were totally wrong. So a new flow and return had to be piped back to the boiler. Just a short 30m run through a tight loft space 😅. Pressurised hot water at all outlets now and individual control for heating/hot water.

An oil boiler swap done for a customer. Opted to go for an external boiler this time to free up space in the utility room. New hot water tank installed as well but they opted to stay with an open vented system. Full powerflush of central heating system and all TRV’s changed. Grant G1 installer so an extended warranty on these boilers.

Hot water upgrade today. Safe to say the cupboard is not an eye sore anymore. Pressurised water at all taps now. Heating controls a lot more accessible too. Customer delighted.

Customer was having issues with a leaking shower tray but opted to replace this only instead of entire bathroom. Tiles cut back, plasterboard removed and old tray and enclosure removed. Existing shower was to be used again. New tray down with wet wall to finish and a new enclosure. Bit tricky with cutting existing tiles to fit new shower but it’s turned out very well.

Brand new heating system with an Atag combi boiler, full house re-pipe and a new kitchen and bathroom.
