The rotting fascia and soffit boards on this garage were in need of some serious repairs.

Trying to get a carpenter for a small job this time of year is near on impossible, so that’s where my skills come in handy.

Repairing with a resin filler makes the finish as strong as the original timber would have been.

The concrete rendered walls needed a specialised masonry paint to attend the hair line cracking that is common on these walls.

So in Keeping with the neighbours, the customer stayed with a Gardenia finish

The third property in this rural village now finished in Bedec multi -flex masonry paint.

All three properties suffered from hair line cracked render which if left untreated can lead to damp ingress and loose render.
Standard masonry paint is not suitable for those conditions.

A straight forward clean the gutters and paint the fascia and soffit boards, turned into a major repair the hand rails and repaint.
After the hand rails were marked from the ladder I offered to repaint them only to uncover a whole lot of rotten timber.
A repair and repaint was needed to prevent a major overhaul of the hand rails which would have necessitated booking a carpenter and a whole lotta extra work and expense.

This conservatory was treated to a new solid roof, so the newly plastered ceiling now maintains the brightness of the original glazed roof with the appropriate coats of paint.
The wall is finished in a carefully designed colour to bring the outdoors in.

From not being decorated in umteen years, a newly plastered ceiling and a complete colour change has now completed this family lounge.
It was a pleasure to paint the perfectly plastered ceiling with no imperfections or blemishes whatsoever.
