Kevin helped us out considerbly knowing how desperate I was to get the shower room done for my uncle. Having had a bad experience before we found KJL Building Maintenance, I was very sceptical however, Kevin was honest and upfront at first meeting and always delivered within the specified timeframe. I felt comfortable in leaving Kev and Ryan in my home while I went out, communication is good and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Kevin always works within his scope of expertise and will recommend other professionals to complete any element of work that he doesn’t feel able to do.
