Kevin has just completed this bathroom for us. We couldn’t be happier with the work both Kevin and Ryan did.
They were reliable and trustworthy. Took great pride in their work. Kept us informed through the whole project. Will have them back soon for the next home project. Would give 5 stars 🌟

Client wanted a solid and secure gate installed with a lockable key system...We beat the weather and got the gate installed in a day... Mr Barber was very impressed with the gate and Mrs barber totally loved all the sleepers we installed around the boarders in her garden...

Shower area installation completed with quality shower boards and a non slip tray installed to floor level for easy access... Mr and Mrs Sudds were delighted and left us this recommendation...
Excellent service and result, Kevin could not have been more helpful.

Kevin and Ryan done an absolute fantastic job on my uncles shower room. Poor Kevin hit some unexpected hurdles but done an amazing job at rectifying them! Kevin helped us out considerbly knowing how desperate I was to get the shower room done for my uncle. Both guys are great and when we need more work doing Kevin will definitely be my first call...Leanne...

Having had a bad experience before we found KJL Building Maintenance, I was very sceptical however, Kevin was honest and upfront at first meeting and always delivered within the specified timeframe. I felt comfortable in leaving Kev and Ryan in my home while I went out, communication is good and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Your attention to detail, workmanship, tidiness and work-rate are admirable. Everything was completed on time with no issues. Every day the job was left cleaned, hoovered and tidied. Cannot recommend Kevin enough.

The showerroom took up an old dining room, all electrics, plumbing, installation and decorating was completed in 2 weeks. Fantastic work . 👏🏾 👍🏽 👌🏽 🙌🏿 ☺️😍
