Big progress on our Ipswich project today 💪

All steel prep completed and the structural walls safely removed, including 2 large precast concrete lintels. A job like this takes careful planning, precision and solid teamwork from start to finish.

Thanks to the team’s experience and safe working practices, the demolition process and lintel removal went smoothly and efficiently 👏

Now the space is really starting to open up and the transformation can begin.

Another successful transformation completed in Ipswich 🔨✨

This project came to us through a returning client and long-time friend of the business, with one key requirement — the property had to be started on a fixed date and fully turned around within just 2 weeks.

From purchase to rental-ready in 14 days. ✅

We carried out a full renovation throughout the property, including:
• Full strip out
• Brand new bathrooms installed
• New kitchen fitted
• Replacement flooring and carpets throughout
• New internal doors
• Full redecoration from top to bottom
• Basic landscaping and garden tidy-up works

The end result is a clean, modern and low-maintenance home ready for tenants immediately.

Another transformation complete for one of our favourite returning customers 🙌

The goal for this project was simple: take an underused space and turn it into something both practical and visually stunning. We created a dedicated planting area perfect for growing vegetables, while also raising the levels from the existing patio to improve drainage—eliminating water pooling and removing that awkward step straight out of the front door.

The finished result speaks for itself 👇
• 6x9 Indian sandstone slabs for a clean, premium look
• EasyJoint for a crisp, durable finish
• Solid oak sleepers forming raised flower & vegetable beds
• Finished with striking black ice stone edging for that extra contrast

4 weeks on site in Martlesham and this extension is really taking shape 👌

We’ve powered through all the groundwork to get to this stage — site prep, drainage, rainwater runs, patio prep, footings and slab are all complete. The structure is now up to roof plate and looking 🔥

Scaffolding goes up in the morning, and we’ll be starting the hard cut roof tomorrow afternoon — one of the most exciting stages of the build!

From tired and worn… to practical and built to last. 🔨✨

We recently removed an old garage that had seen better days and replaced it with a simple, functional garden building designed to work harder for the space it sits in.

The new structure combines a compact garden office with a separate storage room — creating a practical workspace while still keeping plenty of room for tools and garden equipment.

The focus for this project was durability and value. By carefully selecting materials that will stand the test of time while keeping the design straightforward, we were able to keep the build within a tight budget without compromising on quality.

Sometimes the best transformations come from replacing something that no longer serves its purpose with something simple, solid, and useful.

Two weeks of progress on our latest extension project in Martlesham and the transformation is already well underway 🔨

In just 10 days our team has:
• Completed all site preparation
• Removed the existing 6ft boundary wall
• Cleared trees, shrubs and the old patio areas
• Set out the extension and new boundary wall
• Excavated and poured the footings
• Installed all oversite materials
• Built brickwork up to DPC level
• Poured the concrete slab

With the groundwork and structure base now in place, we’re ready to move into the next phase of the build.

Great progress from the team and looking forward to seeing this extension take shape over the coming weeks.

🚿 Shower Cubicle Renovation Complete – Anytime Fitness Felixstowe 💪

We’ve just wrapped up this shower refurbishment project at Anytime Fitness Felixstowe, and we’re really pleased with how it’s turned out.

The original tiles and wet room shower trays had failed, so we were asked to strip everything back and start fresh. We removed the existing installations and replaced them with brand-new shower trays and modern wall boards, creating a durable, clean, and low-maintenance finish.

⏱️ With the gym keen to get the showers back open for its members, this project was all about speed without compromising on quality. From the initial conversation to completion in just 2 weeks, we made it happen.

🚧 Project Update – Felixstowe 🚧

We’re 6 weeks into this exciting build and a lot has been achieved already:
✅ Extension built
✅ Drains diverted
✅ Internal steelwork installed and knock-through completed
✅ Full M&E works carried out for the new space and kitchen
✅ Remodeling works inside to form a new W/C with all associated plumbing completed
✅ Everything plasterboarded and ready for plastering tomorrow

Despite multiple extras along the way, we’re still on schedule for the kitchen delivery 👌
