👏It was great to see our FM team represented at a Subcontractor Day last week👏

Our Service & Maintenance Manager and Coordinator attended a well-run session, delivered by Kier at Cambridge County Council, focused on strengthening understanding of expectations and ensuring delivery remains aligned with client requirements.

It was a valuable opportunity to step back, share experiences, and have open conversations around:

✅Improving collaboration on site
✅Maintaining consistent quality and safety standards
✅Continuing to learn from one another

🛠Annual servicing🛠

Our team has recently completed annual servicing works at a local site, ensuring key systems are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably for the year ahead.

The works included:
✅Water heaters
✅Hot air fans
✅Fan convectors
✅Air source heat pumps

From detailed testing and inspections to cleaning and component checks, these works help maintain performance, improve energy efficiency, and reduce the risk of unexpected downtime.

At EPPH, we believe in giving back to the communities around us and supporting organisations whose work has a real and lasting impact on people’s lives.

We are delighted to share that our Charities of the Year for 2026/27 are:

🚤 Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI)
🔬 Cancer Research UK

The RNLI is dedicated to saving lives at sea, providing a 24/7 search and rescue service through its volunteer lifeboat crews and lifeguards, alongside vital water safety education programmes.

Cancer Research UK is the world’s largest independent cancer research charity, funding life-saving research, raising awareness, and working to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer more effectively.

These two charities represent causes that touch lives in very different but equally important ways, and we are incredibly proud to support them both over the year!

Throughout 2026/27, we will be organising a variety of fundraising events and activities, giving everyone the opportunity to get involved and make a real difference.

👏We are delighted to share that Susie Hood has been promoted to Finance Manager at EPPH👏

Since joining EPPH, Susie has made a strong impact in the Finance team, with a great work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach across the wider organisation.
