Some jobs simply can’t be carried out in a normal working environment due to the nature of the work and today we’re getting started on one of them!

We’re excited to begin a BIG transformation at Roborough Vets, with complete internal and external redecoration works to modernise this well-respected surgery.

Working on an older building while keeping a busy practice running is always a challenge, but it’s one we’re proud to take on.

🎉 St Kildas, Brixham Project Update 🎉

Another great milestone reached at the St Kildas, Brixham project!

We're pleased to say that 14 plots have now received their mist coat, meaning we're more than halfway through this stage of the project. Even better, 6 plots have already been fully decorated.

This project has been progressing at a fantastic pace, and that's down to everyone pulling together. When all the trades work as one team alongside a well-organised site team, projects like this run smoothly and deliver great results.

With the project completion date now just 8 weeks away, we'll be increasing our labour on site to keep everything on schedule and ensure every client receives their new home on time. We're committed to maintaining the high standards we've set throughout the project.

We can't wait to show you more over the coming weeks, especially now that work has begun on the communal areas, which are really starting to bring the whole development together.

🎉 What a way to end the week! 🎉

We're delighted to announce that we've been awarded not just one, but TWO new projects today!

🏡 Project 1: 100-bedroom student accommodation wall redecoration works within the Plymouth University Compass accommodation. We're excited to get started, with works commencing as soon as Monday morning!

🏫 Project 2: Minor decoration works throughout various areas of Marine Academy Plymouth, with works scheduled to commence once the room alteration programme has been completed.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for putting their trust in us. We’re looking forward to delivering both projects to the highest standard and can't wait to get underway.

🎉🥳 Project Award Announcement 🥳🎉

We're delighted to announce that we've been awarded the decorating package by Classic Builders for the construction of four brand-new classrooms with WC facilities at Nine Maidens Primary School, Four Lanes, Redruth.

We're proud to be part of this fantastic education project and look forward to delivering the high-quality finish our clients have come to expect.

🏘 Progress Update 🎉

Progress is continuing to move at a great pace on the St Kildas project, and we're delighted to be playing our part in bringing this development to life.

The first seven flats have now received their mist coats, marking another important milestone. Our decorating team will now start work on the first phase of final decorations, with these apartments being completed over the coming weeks.

It's always rewarding to see a project begin to take shape, and we're proud to be contributing to a development that will provide high-quality homes for the future.

A big thank you to the site management team for their continued confidence in Erme Decorating Ltd. We value the opportunity to work alongside everyone involved and are committed to delivering the high standard of finish we're known for.

🏡 Site Visit – Chillington Green Park 🏡

Our Manager recently visited the Chillington Green Park development for Acorn Property Group, and it's fantastic to see the progress being made on this exciting project.

The quality of the build is really starting to shine through, with more homes starting to take shape every week. We're proud to be part of the journey, delivering high-quality decorating finishes that help bring these beautiful homes to life.
