Cosy indoor activity, anyone?

Gin tasting, anyone?

This season we are offering weekend Gin Tastings for small groups at our distillery. Try our gins, and our favourite gins from the ‘library’ all with their perfect serve. £12 per person to try four gins and meet our little still. There’s plenty to keep the rest of the family busy here while you do your, ahem, ‘research’!!

Just checked the forecast for the Great British Food Festival at Floors for this weekend. Good news! Prolonged periods of gin look likely, with the strong possibility of dogs.

Our ‘house band’ are running an event. We are supplying some gin and a small amount of expertise. If their last two gin tastings are anything to go by, this will be a memorable night.....

With our Ruby Liqueur having sold out two and a half months before we expected it to, we thought we’d build on that success and develop a new Liqueur for Christmas. Put an urgent call out tonight to our loyal and rigorous Testing Panel and they have been working VERY hard on your behalf. We think we have a winner. Star, the blind Border Colly is included for scale. The bottles of Prosecco and the Panel were a little worse for wear!

Meet Ruby, the newest addition to our gin family!

Lilliard Ruby Liqueur is made with Scottish raspberries and strawberries and of course, our delicious craft gin. We’ve been ‘testing’ it with prosecco and can confirm that it is very yummy, but you can also enjoy it over ice, with soda or in a summer cocktail.
