This customer came to us with a process issue on their yarn dye pot, after testing all the components in the system we identified the controller was at fault, through our network of instrumentation suppliers we selected a new controller for the process, installed on site and set up as required after testing it has improved the process efficiency and more accurately controls the process eliminating any batch failures.

As part of our package of works we recently installed a 400A supply to a new machine at our local mill.

As a result of an unsatisfactory EICR we carried out a rewire of this commercial Bakery.

We installed the new system alongside the existing to allow the bakery to continue producing, carrying out internal work after the bakery stopped production mid day, systematically transferring machinery over to the new system.

Before and after, this antiquated system was in need of replacement after 60 years, unidentified fuses replaced with a new distribution board, fully labelled with plenty capacity for future along with a complete rewire, this installation will be safe for another 60 years.

Customer was experiencing some production issues with their extrusion line, after investigating we found that many of the heater bands failed over time.

We sourced replacements on a short lead time 1-2days where others were quoting 6-8 weeks

Back to site and fitted within a week

Replacing some faulty inverters for vital chicken feed spinners, this customer usually incurs excessive costs from manufacturers to visit site and replace off the shelf parts. We are closer to site and can fit and replace in couple of days.
