Happy new year to all of our wonderful customers 🥳.
A new year brings a new start for HCS. We moved in the new year and are back up and running. Our new premises is in a unit in Jedburgh on the A68!

To our customers in and around North Wales, also any new customers who may be interested in trying out our service. I have spoken with D A Hughes Forestry and Alan has kindly allowed us to use his yard as a drop off and collection point for chains to be sharpened. We are trying to steer away from using couriers as much as we can, therefore making it a much more reliable and cost effective process. HCS customers would leave chains with D A Forestry. We plan to come up with a designated area/lockable box. I will then drive down approx once per month to collect blunt chains and drop off sharpened chains. Anyone interested in this service, please contact Nikki on 07766 314135. I will add names to a list and will contact those people when I am due to visit D A Hughes.

Hi everyone. I have a mystery which I hope you can help me solve. We received a call from FMS letting us know that there were chains left with them for us to collect and sharpen. I think they've been sat at FMS for quite a while. I collected them yesterday. There is no name on or in the boxes. If you are the owner or know who the owner of these chains are, please contact Nikki on 07766 314135.

Both vans were on the road yesterday and picked up a good load of chains and bars. One run was to Argyll, the other was North East England and North Yorkshire.
Our next van run will be to Aberdeenshire and Inverness-shire.
