A huge thank you to everyone who visited our stand, shared their heating projects, and took the time to chat with us—it was great meeting both new and familiar faces.

Special thanks to our brilliant show team for all their hard work and energy, and to everyone who supported our Diabetes UK charity raffle. Your generosity means a lot, and we’ll be announcing the winner of the Solo Stove Fire Pit very soon!

Another great day meeting new faces, catching up with existing customers, and chatting about exciting heating projects. Whether you’re planning a new installation, upgrading your current system, or just looking for advice, it’s been a pleasure talking through your ideas.

The show team are on hand to help with any questions or advice you need.

What a fantastic first day at the Border Union Show! ☀️

After a busy Thursday and Friday morning getting everything ready, it was great to finally welcome everyone onto our stand. The weather couldn’t have been better, and it was fantastic catching up with so many of our existing customers as well as meeting new faces.

We’ve had some great conversations about upcoming heating projects and enjoyed hearing about the exciting plans people have in the pipeline. Whether you’re thinking about a new heating system, renewable energy, biomass, oil, air source heat pumps or a stove installation, we’re always happy to offer advice and discuss the best solution for your home or business.

We’ll be back again tomorrow , so if you’re visiting the show, come and say hello – we’d love to chat about your next project.

EXPERIENCED HEATING ENGINEER VACANCY

Due to continued growth we are looking to add another Heating & Service Engineer to assist with our customer base throughout The Scottish Borders, North Northumberland and East Lothian.

About you:
Qualified to at least SVQ 3 (or equivalent) in plumbing & unvented hot water
Experience required with installations, servicing & maintenance of Biomass, Oil, Heat Pumps, Gas & Stoves
Be customer friendly
Ability to work to high-standards, operating both alone and as part of a team
GAS Safe, OFTEC, HEATAS accreditations would be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: TBC dependant on experience
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 07.30 - 16.30 on-site
Locations - mainly Scottish Borders and surrounding areas

Experience

Full Driving Licence essential
