Another cracking property handed over to the CPRS team. 🏡

This is the before. Grabbed some drone footage of the existing roof before we got stuck in — proper stunning home out in Killearn, and it deserves a roof to match.

Nail sickness occurs when the original nails holding slates in place corrode and fail over time.
This causes slates to slip, loosen, or fall — leading to leaks and further roof damage.

🔍 Signs to look for:
• Slipped or uneven slates
• Visible rusted nail heads
• Repeated patch repairs
• Water ingress inside the property

⚠️ Solution:
Full strip and re-slate using modern fixings (copper/stainless steel) — patching won’t solve the root issue.
