Wood Workshop with Lion’s Den Shed!

Try Something Summer is a programme of activities over the month of August for people who live in the Keighley parish area.
We want you to step out of your comfort zone, learn new skills and feel more connected to your community.

It was great to meet The Lion's Den - Shed Cliffe Castle to hear about their planned move from Cliffe Castle to the former bowling club at Whinswood Rec, in Keighley East. The charity runs various sessions of woodwork, metalwork etc for men (and also mixed groups) to encourage people to have a chat and talk about their mental health. They will be a huge asset to the area and we're looking forward to getting involved and supporting them.
