We’re proud announce that our project for Hollis, Lingfield House has been shortlisted for Fit-out / Refurbishment of the Year at the North East Property Awards! 🏆

Working with our design partner Cocoon & Bauer, we helped transform the reception, breakout and circulation spaces, blending the building’s industrial heritage with a bold look to attract and retain tenants.

Friday was an incredible milestone for us.

We launched our new brand, had the whole team together and celebrated the future of Ultimate.

We kicked off the day with breakfast in The Hive, got competitive over a few rounds of Mario Kart and, for the first time ever, all wore our new brand together 🩵

Our new brand isn't about a new logo or fresh colours, it's recognising how far we’ve come, how strong our people are and the exciting plans ahead.

On Friday, Director, Steve Cowley was honoured to attend a milestone event for our client, OnPath Energy, as they marked the opening of their new Sunderland headquarters with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the Secretary of State for Education, Bridget Phillipson MP.

Chase House now serves as the hub for OnPath Energy’s bold vision for the future. Alongside 100 other guests, we had the privilege of learning more about their plans to contribute to Labour's net-zero and skills development agendas, as well as their remarkable ambition to invest around one billion pounds in clean energy projects across the UK.
